Tutorial on emailing WAGS photos
Please email (attach your photo) to: photos@kywags.org (Sandy Kleinhenz) and be sure to also include the information below.
- Member's full name, email address and phone #
- All Pet names in the photo
- Date of photo
- Facility or place where the photo was taken
- Names of people in the photo (comma between names)
There are two ways to obtain photo release permissions when non-members are photographed:
- Our preferred way is to use our WAGS electronic form on your device while getting the photo. Click on Phone Photo Release Form HERE to bring up the form. First ask the person(s) being photographed if they are ok with taking their photo (it will strictly be used for Wags social media and PR). To make things quicker, make a NEW note on your cell phone, and speak or type in everyone's name AFTER the photo is taken. Typically, there's at least one person from the photo that can tell me everyone's names before they all disperse. After your visit, fill out the release form for each photo and then send an email with all the photos to: photos@kywags.org.

Please fill out your Photo Release Form on your cell homescreen while on your visit and click on submit (or see quicker option below).
